Due to COVID-19 regulations regarding indoor shared spaces the capacity of the studio is restricted.
Please book your slot through our gym app.

Mon 06:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 22:00
Tue 07:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 22:00
Wed 06:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 22:00
Thurs 07:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 21:00.
Fri 06:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 21:00
Saturday 09:00 to 15:00
Sunday 10:00 to 14:00.
Sanitation
Please sanitise your hands as you enter the gym. Sanitisation stations are located throughout the gym and studio.
Please use a towel as you train and place on your bench or mat.
Please clean gym equipment with the chemical agent provided using blue roll. Please do not spray chemicals directly onto the equipment.
Availability
The facility is available to members only.

At Titan we have full traceability through our booking & member access tools.

Keep the recommended social distance.

Please arrive dressed in your gym gear, ready to work out.
Classes and Group Workouts
We operate individual training stations only,
no shared equipment is involved.
All equipment used is sanitised and cleaned by a member of the team
